Location, parking staff were very helpful.
Had to ask for towels on first night and took a while to bring them.

Great view of the volcano and lake. Room was a good size with everything you need. Pool was nice and breakfast was good.
No soundproofing on the windows and doors. Even with earplug’s in, you can hear the road, especially the horns which stupid people still sound all through the night. Didn’t sleep well as a result. The other thing which I didn’t like is no grab taxi from here back to Manila. Was offered a taxi from the hotel at 4x the price of the grab I took to get to the hotel. Ended up getting a bus back to Manila which was 20x cheaper than the hotel taxi offered.

the spacious rooms
Many repairs need to be done, and the bathroom needs a good cleaning with bleach. Also, the balcony is rusty, and the bedroom railings are in very bad condition. It needs many improvements.

Decent breakfast
Our room was in very poor condition however, the hotel was able to provide another room in better condition the next day,
