No elevator

It is next to Steveston wharf. Breakfasts are nice, staff are friendly. Noise level is acceptable to me and my kids. It exceeds my expectations with their renovations.

There is no elevator in this hotel, so we had to keep our baby stroller in car. But my kids are old enough to walk around, so no a big problem to us.

1.Location - next to the ocean. 2. cleanliness in the room. 3. lots of space - there were two large rooms for 2 adults and 1 child. 3. TV - many channels, cartoons, cable. 4. cleanliness of the shower cabin. 5. easy cleaning the next day, change of cups, towels. everything is very well thought out.

noise!!!!. if you are traveling with a child and are going to spend the night from Saturday to Sunday, be prepared for a disco under your room. I wasnt aware of this. and no one warned about this at the time of booking. Until 2 a.m., music was blaring and vibrated under my son's bed.( at the same time, there were earplugs in the room, with a proposal to use them, which my husband did. Somehow it was not possible to find out about this in advance, I just had to accept reality. My son somehow fell asleep,just because was very tired. If you are a family, ask about the location of your room in advance! very sorry this moment very upset. otherwise a very pleasant place.

Too expensive for the location and service

The adjacent cafe was very busy and breakfast took some time to arrive. But is was worth the wait.

We love our room and the location of the hotel. It is acessible to everything. The staff are very accommodating. Breakfast was yummy! The neighborhood is awesome!

I asked about the pub how noisy it will be and the front desk said, it is only on Fridays. We didn't expect the sound vibrations was too loud. We were not able to sleep. We waited for the closing of the pub. The ear plugs didnt work. Maybe, a sound proof insulator/material could be installed on the ceiling to prevent the sound vibrations and echoing. Definitely, we will come back.

The location was great - close to shops and restaurants. The cafe has delicious breakfasts - multi grain toast was awesome!

The rooms were not very soundproof. We would have liked the room to be cleaned more often. The cleaning staff advised that she was working alone and did not have time to get to our room. She did provide clean towels when we asked.
