quality, price, view, professional staff, the center of Ksamil, all around: cafes, currency exchange, supermarket and a lot of restaurants and souvenir shops

Very pleasent hosts, good location.

The accommodation itself was amazing - we had a deluxe apartment, it was specious, clean and conveniently located near shops, beach bars and restaurants. The owner helped us with finding a parking space. The communication went smoothly and in a timely manner.

It is not about the property. This visit to Ksamil was not our first one. The prices have doubled since last year. 30 euro for two sunbeds and an umbrella ruins the great accommodation deals as you can have a cheaper apartment than a spot at the beach. That's absurd. Good tourism practices do not look like that.

We were in room nr. 5, the room is good for 3 people. Simple room with very comfortable beds, aircondition, fridge and electric hot plate. There is a balcony. The owner (Mr. Biraci) and his daughter manage the house, they are extremely kind, lovely and helpful. In the house is a beauty salon, the girls are very kind. THANK THEM ALL!!! Very good location, cca. 200 m from the sea. Good supermarket is next to the accommodation. There are lots of shops, restaurants and a pastry shop with fine ice creams within 100 m. All restaurant, shops and supermarkets are open until midnight. Currency exchange is opposite the house. Rate: 1 EUR = 103 ALL (05.07.2023) Credit- or debitcards are accepted in many restaurants and the supermarket on the corner, but not in the smaller shops or restaurants. EUR cash is accepted everywhere. Rates are just a little bit worse than in the exchange offices. 1 EUR = 100 ALL instead of 1 EUR = 102 ALL. Own experience: for EU citizen is important regarding to the free roaming: Greek mobile phone net is available (Vodafone GR) in Ksamil, but mobile Internet is not available except the beach (it is Cosmote). In the beach you have to pay for sun beds and umbrella. One unit (1 umbrella+2 sun beds) cost 20-30 EUR / day. It is important to reserve at 9:00, because after you cannot find. The beach is with small gravel and sand. It is worth to rent a pedal boot to visit the small "twin" insland. The coast is with stones. Bus stop (from / to Saranda) is 100m, however buses only run every half hour until early evening. Don't look for timetable! Ticket costs 150 ALL (lek), it is. cca. 1.47 EUR. Taxi costs from / to Saranda 30-35 EUR.

It would have been nice to have at least a microwave or maybe a toaster in the room. The shower does not have a separate cabin, the shower tray is smaller than the shower curtain, so the water flows out of the shower head into the whole bathroom, but luckily the drain works.

Good location. Everything is near(market, exchange, the beach)

The hotel was a complete surprise. The location was the best, you could easily get to the beach from the hotel, the bus stopped next to it and all shops and restaurants were nearby. The staff was really helpful and friendly. The room was a very good size, it had a separate bathroom with a balcony, which was really functional. Wifi worked great, as did everything else during the stay.

Top-notch location, lovely hosts, the facilities were pretty good aswell. Great value for your money, a beautiful place with golden location to stay at while on vacation in Ksamil. Would recommend it!

Very spacious apartment and close to market and couple of good cafes

Only one AC and if you need to lock the door to bedroom the small room gets very hot. There was no kettle and no hair drier
