The place was very spacious and had a free laundry and dryer machine.

I didn’t like how we couldn’t contact the owners directly as it would take a very long time to reach them. This was especially bad when our room was not ready by the time we arrived at our room (which was well after the stated check-in time). We ended up waiting outside until 11pm for 2 hours waiting for a solution of an issue that could of been prevented by the owners. It was also very very unprofessional to ask us to move rooms the next morning without any earlier notice. This abrupt start to our trip in Okinawa dampened our experience here and I would NOT recommend this place.

clean, spacious and the location is very convenient!

there is a wide window with no curtains right next to the corridor light outside, which gave me some trouble to sleep; other than that, it’s a really good facility.

The apartment was clean and nice, easy to reach by train or bus.

We changed the booking from two to three people in advance - paid extra too. But when we arrived we only had two sets of towels and utensils.
