Rooms are looking great as well as the lobby, but balconies really need upgrading to become a 5 star or the best view hotel in donostia. You cant be happy with plastic chairs and fence, they look horrible. Use glass and innox Everything was closed, the swimming pool and all the attractions. That needs to be clearer and price offset larger

Amazing views and front reception staff were exceptional

I was ready but you need to catch a taxi when you want to head into the main dining precinct.

The location and views are absolutely spectacular, easily 10/10. There is plenty of parking close to the hotel, and the normal €3 entrance fee to the parking area is waived for hotel guests. Our room had all the amenities we needed, and both the air-conditioning and mini fridge worked very well.

The hotel doesn’t live up to its spectacular location. Our room was functional but rather sparse and lacked warmth or character, and the soundproofing was very poor. Service was slow and inefficient, and we didn’t find the staff particularly friendly. Breakfast was particularly disappointing. The selection was small and virtually identical every day, the coffee wasn’t good, the scrambled eggs were very runny, and the cooked eggs had turned green. On our second morning they had run out of yogurt more than an hour before breakfast ended. We actually brought our own cheese and pepperoni to breakfast. Overall, the hotel feels like it needs some TLC. With this location and these views, it could be an exceptional hotel, but the experience currently falls well short of its potential.
