Booking provided wrong information about our reservation. We were immediately asked to pay more on arrival. 220 Euro additional costs or 560 Euro for cancellation. Booking.com premium for reservation was around 25%, 500 Euro, but no service provided at all. In 2.5 days booking replied to our detailed what can they do. Well, providing the service and solving trouble with the reservation is not for booking, only take 25% commission and dissappear. Will avoid such costly zero-service provider.

The food was fresh and plentiful but not much choice so if your kids are fussy eaters it wouldn't work The cocktails weren't fresh - just poured out of big containers and very weak

The staff and food are excellent at Green Garden. This is our 3rd visit and we weren't disappointed. Every meal was delicious, lots of choice and there were plenty of snacks on the all inclusive option too.

For the first 2 nights we were put in a room right next to where they wash the dishes after every meal. It was incredibly noisy at both night and early morning and we asked to be moved. They didn't dispute it so they must get complaints all the time and this room just shouldn't exist - the walls are too thin. Some of the play areas for kids are a bit tired which could be dangerous as we saw nails sticking out of steps on the playhouse and fences. A kids club for English kids would be great too or more varied activities for kids.

Some construction work was done on the unit next to ours: great deal of noise, unable to enjoy the privat pool that day. The hotel should have reduced the price for that part of the stay

We were a group of 17 and were greeted with a smile from beginning to end, staff couldn't do enough for us to make our stay as enjoyable as possible, accomodation was beautiful and just perfect layout for our family, small pool in villa was great too.....food and drink was ample and plenty to choose from at every sitting ..will definitely recommend to anyone family or couples.

the food was great, the personnell lovely, always helpful and friendly, espcially bar staff and the mini club staff. all really lovely. food had a great variety and entetainment at night was good too. some of the enternatiment was better than others, but alsways a great atmosphere. swimming pools were great, but perhaps parts of it needed to be shallower for small kids

we loved almost everything, my only thing would be that the swimming pool could have an area for smaller kids whereby they could stand up in the pool. the toddler pool was too small for my five year old, but the big pools were too deep and some kids did not venture out too much.

The staff were excellent. Nothing too much for them. Food was really good and standard of cleanliness excellent

The hotel was fantastic, the food was very good, the all inclusive package was very good and we really enjoyed are stay.

The hospitality on the day we left. The staff are very friendly during your stay and make everything great however the moment you check out you get treated as though you never stayed at the hotel. We didn't fly till 9pm and were told we could stay at the hotel however a lot of the staff treat you differently and the all inclusive wrist band is cut off and taken from you the second they get a chance. I have never been to a hotel where this has been the case before most allow you to use it for your Final day and.keep the all inclusive wrist band.

We were a family of 4 with 2 adults and 2 children aged 3 and 8. We stayed B&B and were really happy with the choice of breakfast every morning which included both continental and cooked. Everything was fresh and cooked really well. Our room was nice and the beds comfortable, we never had a bad night sleep. The kids loved having their own bedroom and the fact it was themed and included toys and books was a welcome addition. Our children loved the swimming pools and we were particularly impressed with the toddler and baby pool which was the perfect depth for little ones and there were lots of water toys on offer for them to play with. We enjoy hiring a car on holiday to get and about during the evenings for food. The hotel is conveniently located within a few minutes drive to Siam mall, and around 10 mins drive to Playa de las Americas and Costa Adeje. There is free parking outside of Green Eco too.

There was a bit of a bed smell in the bathroom occasionally which is probably linked to their sewage system.

Positives Helpful and friendly reception staff. App useful for viewing menus and booking dinner. We were in a two bedroom villa – the villa was spacious and had good cooking facilities. There was good choice at the breakfast with good variety and a lot of hot and cold options. The daily hotel shuttle bus to the beach and Siam Park was great. The 25 minute walk to the promenade was pleasant in the evening. The evening entertainment on the two nights we were at the hotel in the evening was of a good standard. The surroundings were relatively clean and pleasant. Overall really enjoyable stay and I would consider staying here again

The ability to purchase a safe for the room could have been made clear at check –in. The cleaners arrived daily but at inconsistent times – one even rang our doorbell before eight in the morning. Our balconey floor was cleaned only on the first day during our week long stay although we snacked there most days. The cleaners also re-organised our personal belongings in our bedroom sometimes leaving things in places that took us a long time to find. Cleaners seemed to remove some items from the room for no apparent reason eg one or two pool towels, one or two mugs.

Staff not very friendly.. booked room with private swimming pool some how changed to something else. Staff blamed booking.com and booking.com blamed me instead of sort this out for me.

The apartment was good except for our bed splitting apart, the toilet leaking, and the cupboard with the tv was wobbling in the kids' room.

Generally, all hotel facilities were counted on British people, who in no case hadn't to notice that they rest in Spain. So people litter and hustle on breakfast and are already drunk to dinner. The staff tolerates and condones it like in Turkish hotels. So breakfast is totally British and I doubt the quality of food. The breakfast was poor.
