Das Zimmer war schlicht, aber sehr sauber und ordentlich. Der Empfang direkt am Taxi war sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit mit dem Gepäck und Tipps für die Umgebung. Wir waren dankbar, dass wir früher auf's Zimmer konnten und nicht mehrere Stunden darauf warten mussten.

Eine Toilette mit Tür wäre wünschenswert, für mich wäre daher ein längerer Aufenthalt ausgeschlossen.

The hotel and rooms are clean in general. The housekeepers were working very hard.

1, We booked Junior Suite Sea View. Firstly, the receptionist didn't find our booking. They repeatly asked us, "Did you book the right hotel?" It took quite a while for them to realise it was their system problem. Then they put us in a family suite which had no lounge area and sofa for comfortable seating because the hotel was over booked on the night we arrived. We only moved to the Junior Suite SV from second day, and the hotel insisted the first family room we stayed was an "upgrade" comparing to the room we booked which was totally false claim. 2, Watch out the photos! They are completely misleading... You can see from both Booking.com page and their offical website, the Junior Suite Sea View has the pictures of a bacolny with 100% sea view. But actually they are not! The room we had was on 4th floor, which was more like half pool-view, half sea view. I asked for the higher floor. The hotel said 5th floor has a different price tag (which doesn't show anywhere before my booking, only in their internal system), and 6th/7th are for star guests. To be noted, we paid more than 450 euro per night that I believe we deserve a room matching the photos. 3, the sound proofing of the rooms, ceilings and floors are terrible. People running, walking, dragging the furnitures, and talking... any normal sound you can name, there is no soubd proofing at all. 4, You need to walk down the public corridor to the elevator area to refill the water in a glass water jug by yourself. I appreciate the idea of less plastic. But it makes you feel like in a hostel, not a five-star hotel. 5, They don't have any kids bikes to hire on site. If you want it, the staff pointed out a shop across the street and suggest you go there. 6, the outdoor pool, the only pool they have, is not heated. It was abusolutely freezing. 7, All the acticities are seasonal, everything ended at the end of Oct. Very boring in the hotel.

호텔 자체 주차장이 없어 인근에 주차해야 하니 성수기에는 주차가 어려울 수 있음.

Lovely location right on water with beautiful pool and very modern entirely redone hotel.

The price is very high for the size of the rooms and though the buffet is excellent with many varieties of food — it is very expensive. Also aggravating that the hotel provides free water refill stations (which is great!) but insists on charging for bottled water at dinner and refuses to allow guests to bring their own water bottles. I can understand charging for drinks but given how much the overall cost is and the fact that water refill stations are free — water with dinner should be free as well.

Customer Service. Not friendly but rather very aggressive. This wouldn't be an issue if the customer is ok for getting treated that way, but it is a double edged sword when the customer doesn't prefer to be treated with disrespect.
