Everything is amazing & perfect about this property. I would to thank Cherine working at the reception who really provided to us absolutely top customer care service and well explained the services of the hotel.

Great food, great staff, pool was lovely and easy to reserve sun loungers. On checking out we were able to leave our bags and could get a courtesy room to shower after being at the pool in the morning before our afternoon flight which was excellent. Great experience overall.

Room was fine but realistically we weren’t there for the room itself, more the all inclusive element. The air con wasn’t great (not that powerful) but if left on for long enough it did cool the room.

This hotel has fully embraced modern technology for the benefit of its guests (and itself as well). The room, breakfast, dinner and other facilities were first class, all delivered by helpful and friendly staff. The Iberostar App is a wonderful invention, allowing invoices to be paid, notification that room cleaning has been completed and several other services. Even the system for calling the lifts was impressive, and saved time for guests. Altogether a fabulous week on the sunny island of Tenerife. Please Note. I suspect my negative comments below should be directed to Booking.com rather than the Hotel

We booked a room which was listed as sea view, beachfront. Whilst we had a lovely sea view, the description beachfront was totally misleading. We hoped and expected our accommodation to lead straight out onto a beach, but as can be seen from the photo attached, the beach was the other side of a selection of other buildings and structures. If the hotel had not had so much else to offer we would have been very disappointed. Someone needs to investigate how the term Beachfront was used

Das Essen ist wirklich gut, Die Poolanlage auch sehr schön, sehr sehr nettes Personal, alle sehr bemüht, und ehrlich freundlich und hilfsbereit! Das Fitnessstudio ist absolut toll!

die Zimmer sind sehr kalt, Fließenboden. Außerdem sehr hellhörig. Die Türen knallen so extrem laut zu, auch sind die umliegenden Bars recht laut und die Zimmer dafür leider nicht vor dem Lärm geschützt. Auch ist der Strand nicht exklusiv
