The best quality of this hotel is the people. The staff is lovely, they do what they can to combat issues that turn up suddenly, and are, in my opinion, VERY understaffed. The reception is great, despite being responsible for things that shouldn’t be their problem, like room service. They have many gluten free bread options and a dedicated toaster to use just for that which is great for me, however I simply get sick from bread, I don’t have celiacs, so I don’t know if this kitchen is safe. The hotel itself is pretty, there’s plenty of space at the pools, the reservation system for daybeds removes any problems with getting your own and it’s 3-4 minutes walking from Fanabe beach, which is also lovely. If you’re gonna pick this one, do it because of the staff

A bit chaotic due to electrical/AC problems, in my opinion it’s slightly overpriced for what you get, and the floors in both of my rooms where clean, but that’s because I think they don’t have enough staff, the women working in cleaning where fantastic. The food was okay but I expected better.

Breakfast was perfect along with food for evening meals , omelette cooked to your order , and steaks cooked in front of you to order was fabulous, Roma’s very large and spacious beautifully decorated. We had a cabana also was v nice , staff were first class.

Can’t think of any negatives

Staff were friendly and good location. Communal areas were clean. Gym was good.

Our room had a damp smell. There toilet is right next to the shower and there was a cockroach there and also sewage smell. Them smell got really bad that we had to use the toilets by the pool.
