The Bay Hotel

The location is great, terrific views of the beach, close to the sites we wanted to visit. Staff were very helpful and generally service was very good

Occasionally the housekeeping was a little erratic

We really enjoyed the breakfast in terms of food quality and options. The building itself is beautiful, up-to-date, and located in an excellent location in Camps Bay.

Laundry service at the hotel could be cheaper.

every thing from arrival to depart~ Friendly staff to clean rooms and not to talk about the coast to country dinner what we have, the food are next level as well the security people at the entrance of the Bay

Thats n difficult question because there where nothing to my knowledge what n didn't like Keep up with the great service you guys are given to the customer

Location

The room description online suggested that we were booking a connecting room, which was one of the reasons we chose it as we were travelling with children. However, on arrival, it wasn't what we would consider a true connecting room. The rooms shared access to a small hallway, but this area was not private or secure. As a result, we couldn't safely leave both room doors open to allow easy access between rooms, which is typically the main benefit of a connecting room for families with young children. I feel the description could be clearer so that guests know exactly what to expect when booking.
