Decor tasteful…excellent, Restaurant lovely. Comfortable through out. Great location.

Morning housekeeping staff NON acknowledging every morning. Room beautifully cleaned daily 👍 Toilet location in the bathroom a touch in conveniencing. Reception excellent. Young lady behind reception a touch “non people person” Advised a maintenance issue with reception, but was not rectified.

Charming old building.

During my stay I tried for over an hour to get in touch by phone with the front desk to get a bottle opener (missing from the minibar) however no one has ever took any of my 5 calls. Hangers in the wardrobe were sticky and dirty. A Kettle was provided, but there were no teabags (which can be found even in a ordinary 4 star hotel). At dinner time no one cared to take my order.  After a long waiting, I had to approach the bar to get attention. Of the 3 courses I have ordered, in over an hour, I was served just the starter with no cutleries, no serviette, neither bred or butter. I had to ask for all of it. Exhausted by the lack of service I decided to leave the hotel at 23.30. My credit card was refunded.

We had a room that did not face the water. Wish it did.

Spacious room with great views. Comfortable bed. Walk-in shower.

Some areas are tired. Carpet stains in reception. Sink outlet not functioning properly in our bathroom. More efficient storage space would be good.

We had a sea view deluxe room, the view was 5 star. The meatballs on the room service menu were excellent. The hotel was very handy for the boat services.

The hotel didn't really seem to be 5 star compared to other 5 star hotels we have stayed in, there were charges for bottled water, the snacks and some of the drinks in the mini bar were out of date, only 2 coffee pods were provided, and on the second day, these were not replaced, only 1 hand sized towel on the second day so nothing for drying hair, the light in the entrance way by the wardrobes was not working nor fixed when we mentioned it. Little things like only one toilet roll provided, the super king size beds had duvets that were a size too small and just covered the bed and it was turned side ways on so the poppers were down one side. We were kept waiting before being seated every day for breakfast. It just didn't seem like a 5 star experience. They did knock off the cost of a half bottle of champagne from the mini bar so that was a nice gesture. There just didn't seem to be the little luxury extras you expect from a 5 star hotel. Don't get me wrong, it's in a good location, the sea view rooms get the sun all day and it's a lovely view. Just a little disappointing for the money.

Location is excellent for visits to the islands as well as the core of Stockholm. It’s nice to have open space in front of your hotel. Staff was super helpful and pleasant to deal with, everyone of them that we came in contact with. I can’t speak for the upper management or owners, but everyone else were helpful and pleasant.

The hotel is REALLY old. It truly needs renovation if they will continue charging this price. The room was really small, this again was shocking for the price I paid.

Great location! The bed is comfortable and the housekeeper ensures that the bottle is fully filled everyday.

No help with luggage at the door and there are a few steps before getting to the reception. I have no problem but I saw elderly guests struggling with their luggage.

Excellent location. Excellent breakfast.

Small rooms. Small reception, feeling like entering a restaurant. Dirty carpets. One elevator.
