Absolutely incredible hotel, I loved everything about it and it's in a brilliant area. Room and bed were so comfortable, great bathroom and shower, it was quiet, very clean, loved the bar and restaurant, amazing location, and the access to the food hall next door was wonderful! I'd definitely stay there again when I visit Stockholm again. It's on a great road with so many restaurants, cafes, it's near a big supermarket and the underground station is also a few minutes walk.

The property had a great location on one of Sthlms most attractive addresses with restaurants. It’s a cute boutique hotel which makes it special from many other hotels in Sthlm. They’ve got a beautiful indoor garden where you can have a cocktail and food. We also got wonderful help from Patrick the restaurant manager to provide with the little extra for my mums bday when we were there - wonderful service from him.

The rooms are quite small, I’ve stayed here twice in a regular room and also a deluxe superior balcony room - all rooms are quite small compared to other hotels. They service they provided was not great at all times unfortunately- although the restaurant manager had wonderful customer care some other staff lacked that quality. Had to ask for things we needed many times at breakfast, we had to wait for extremely long time at the wine bar to get service both in ordering, getting our drinks and also to pay - not very attentive. It was also a bit strange that we had to wait exactly until 1500 to check in not a minute before. Also that they did not have any additional mattresses or extra bed to be able to add to the room (even if we paid extra for it). For a 5 star hotel I think all these sort of things should be in place and that the service should be without flaws.

Hotel location is one of the best for Stockholm. Had access to Ostermalm and has good restaurants at the hotel and nearby. Breakfast buffet has good choice, even for those with food intolerance.

The room doesn't have amenities and one need to ask for them. Also, some parts of the room was not cleaned and had dust. The Marshall speakers are not working. There were no one to help us with the luggage and generally reception service could be improved.
