The ocean view and the cleanliness of the hotel

Breakfast was a highlight of the day, especially the friendly and "keen to assist" Solomon, whom treated us like family. Always there and even remembering the coffee/tea preferences from day 2! The suite was spacious with a great view from the balcony.
Room was only once been "freshened up" in the evening, when we were out for dinner (other 2 x nights we felt a bit neglected). The suite kitchen was not attended to during the last full day (26 Sep), as the coffee pot for the Nespresso, which I have used the previous day, were not refilled. Cups and spoons were not placed back near the coffee machine and the rubbish bin in the kitchen were not emptied.

Loved the room and the breakfast. It's the best setting/location in CT which is why we book there. There was a man in reception who helped us all the time who was excellent! I did not get his name.
The service is not great at all. We had zero service at breakfast on the Sunday am. Our table wasn't cleaned properly, no one came near us, we got up and got our own coffee and no one came to take our order for a hot breakfast at all. The service at the pool was also barely existent. We were also booked on the 1st floor which is very noisy in the mornings.

Location is great
Hotel is under construction - which was only communicated to us after our non refundable booking was paid in full. There is workers on site daily - it spoils the view and the vibe. The entire pool area which is the main attraction on the beachfront is closed - really disappointed - especially for the price we paid

"Das Frühstück und der Service in Gänze waren einfach nur top. Die Zimmer sehr gut. Wir hatten für unsere 2 Nächte seutlichen Meerblick gebucht und bekommen, sehr schön.
Das Frühstück aber auch Dinn..."
