The location was perfect for us as we arrived and departed Oslo by train as well as being a great base from which to explore the city either on foot or by public transport.
The room itself wasn't huge but easily comfortable enough for the two of us with an unexpectedly good amount of storage..
All the staff we encountered were amazing from reception, to breakfast and by no means least the very hardworking and friendly housekeeping team.
If being really picky the towels were rather thin but that would no deter us from visiting again or recommending this hotel.

Location location location! Right next to the train station & across from the Opera House & Oslofjorden. Excellant.
Would like to have seen additional discreet bedside lighting so as not to disturb my companion when they were sleeping. Also the option to logon to your own Netflix account would have been great.

Excellent location, breakfast,
Most of the staff where very helpful and very friendly, even when they couldn't comply with our wishes. Few at the front desk may benefit from re-training.

Great Location
Comfortable Room
Breakfast was so busy that we couldn't find a table. The restaurant capacity clearly was NOT enough to serve so many people. After two days we didn't even bother going anymore.
The young blonde guy working at the reception was very rude and clearly does not know how to speak or treat hotel customers.
