I accidentally booked extra rooms which the staff very kindly refunded me and got in touch with Booking.com to ask them to do the same. They were patient and were helpful with suggested sights to visit. If visiting the Temple ladies and men need to cover their legs and ladies their shoulders and a sarong won't be enough. The pool was great unless it rains then you're not allowed access till it stops for safety reasons. Breakfast was excellent. The 7/11 across the road is good for beers and snacks but use the rail walkways to cross the road. Close to BMK if that's your thing. Train line is close and very handy to and from there airport.

The pillows are perplexing and bed was quite firm but tolerable.

Centrally located to malls and eateries Beautiful ambience and kind staff

Our room had a leaking tap on the sink which pooled water all over the vanity. Called reception and a plumber was called who did something and said it had been fixed but upon using the sink it was still leaking. Had a meal in the restaurant in the lobby which was disappointing. Our food came out warm nearly cold, when we returned it to the kitchen to took forever to come back. It was two of us dining, asked for water and were given a small bottle and one glass. The waitress was literally running around the restaurant frantically and when we asked her why she was rushing around she stated she was the only waitress on duty, by the way there were no more than 10 people in the restaurant. When we complained about the service we were given a rushed “we are so sorry” . I would not recommend this restaurant
