Super stylisches Hotel in ausgezeichneter Lage in Bangkok. Das MBK Centre ist einfach um die Ecke, man kann also wirklich toll shoppen - dadurch besonders als Hotel für eine letzte Nacht in Thailand sehr gut geeignet. Allerdings ist der Skytrain auch direkt vor der Tür (Station National Stadium), wodurch man eigentlich überall gut hinkommt. Und schlimmstenfalls gibt es ja auch noch Grab. Das ganze Hotel ist als Boutique Hotel in besonderem Design. Die Zimmer sind sehr ansprechend schön, der Hotelpool lädt auch zum schwimmen ein. Das ganze Hotel ist sehr sauber. Am Dach gibt es zudem noch eine mehrstöckige Skybar. Als ich dort war, hatte das Hotel ein Jubiläum, weshalb man kleine Snacks am Empfang bekam. Fand ich eine sehr schöne Idee. Das Personal ist auch sehr, sehr höflich - selbst für Thailand ist mir das nochmal mehr aufgefallen.

Der Checkout hat etwas länger gedauert, da erst durch einen Angestellten des Housekeepings gecheckt wurde, ob der Raum in Ordnung ist. Das war etwas ungewöhnlich für mich.

Locatie is handig bij verschillende shoppingmalls

Eten en drinken erg duur. Niet in verhouding met de rest van Thailand. Bij het zwembad kwam onvriendelijke dame melden dat ik had moeten opschrijven dat ik daar was. Staat nergens en als er niemand is die dat zegt, dan weet ik dat ook niet. Ik had dit hotel uitgezocht omdat er 2 bedden zouden zijn. Toen ik dat nog eens vroeg bij het inchecken was hij heel lang bezig en toen we boven kwamen bleken het 2 matrassen te zijn met 1 dekbed. We waren te moe om weer te wisselen.

地點非常好，距離暹羅商圈走路5-10分鐘，旁邊也有BTS空鐵站。工作人員英文都很好，溝通無礙。

可能是客房冷氣老舊，空調設定16度，但氣溫始終沒有下降至16度的感覺，且客房WIFI網速非常慢（但飯店大廳、餐廳的冷氣很涼、網速飛快，所以猜測是客房問題）

This was a return trip to the hotel after an enjoyable first visit several years ago. We had love it for it’s unique decor and superb service. Now I know why people say ‘never go back’!

The once funky style is muted and unoriginal and the service has seen a marked decline. Having booked this hotel 4 months in advance, the staff had ample opportunity to warn us that hotel guests are not prioritised when it comes to hotel facilities. We were barred from using both the cafe on the ground floor (due to a ‘Fancy Party’ function)the restaurant on the 25th floor - due to pre-bookings throughout our stay, and we’re not even ‘allowed’ a seat at the rooftop ‘Paradise Bar’ as when we turned up at around 5pm, every table was reserved. This despite the fact that there were less than 10 customers there and the tables were empty. Instead of accommodating us by saying we could have a table for an hour (which is more than we needed), they offered us a broken couch in a corner- my partner nearly fell out of it upon attempting to sit down. Just one example of more shabby than chic. Having saved a substantial part of my income on this holiday we were made to feel unwelcome and second-class. The five staff standing around were more interested in chatting and laughing with each other than serving customers- so it would appear. One mocking someone falling by rolling down the steps - unprofessional! The limited range of breakfast was also disappointing. Limited range for vegetarians, and cold plates resulting in cold food. We had previous happy memories of the amazing range at breakfast, and staff who couldn’t do enough to help. This return trip was disappointing and actually depressing- to see such a decline in service and attitude. There is no shortage of staff- so many standing around saying ‘hello’ , but no one actually serving customers. Do better!

hotel sieht besser aus als auf den bildern, lage unübertreffbar alles soweit perfekt, würde jedes mal wieder kommen!

es hätte mehr zahnpasta geben können falls man seine eigene vergisst (meckern auf hohem niveau!)
