I only stayed one night so I didn’t fully use the amenities or go to the bar / restaurant. I was the only woman in the mixed dorm but had enough privacy (bunk set up + private bathroom). Friendly and helpful staff. Would love to go back and spend more time in the area— indie vibe not completely overtaken by commercial developments yet.

Super nettes u d zuvorkommendes Personal. Sehr leckeres Frühstück und umfangreich für den Preis !
Etwas laut, da bis 0:00 eine Liveband im Pub direkt unter meinem Fenster gespielt hat ! Wobei die Band cool war ;)

I’m not happy with my stay at this hostel. I didn’t mention this to the staff because I didn’t have time, but I’ve got a whole list of things I’m not happy with.
Let’s start from the beginning. Whenever I can, I always choose to stay in a hostel. I don’t have particularly high standards, and if I can save money, why not?
List of things that need improving:
a) General:
1. It’s true that finding the place is next to impossible. The address takes you to a location that’s completely locked up. And there’s no information at all about where the hostel is actually located. Sorry, but I’m the sort of person who absolutely hates picking up the phone. It occurred to me to check the photos on Booking.com, and that’s the only reason I managed to find it. So please change that, or at least include the bar’s address in brackets.
2. On arrival, there was no air conditioning in reception. The staff didn’t seem particularly keen to serve guests.
3. No hand towel in the bathroom.
4. No bath mat in the bathroom. I’m polite enough to wipe up any excess water after myself. And here’s another shock: I wiped the floor, and a dark mark remained.
5. A lie. Unfortunately. The offer clearly states a free mini toiletries set. The staff claim the toiletries are in the bathroom. I checked. There are two shampoos. If you really want to, you could wash yourself with shampoo, but I don’t think that’s the point.
6. Charging sockets – in the first one, the charger practically falls out by itself.
b) Kitchen:
7. No paper towels.
8. Just the smell of those sponges puts you off eating anything. I don’t know if you’re aware, but these things really should be replaced regularly.
9. No basics such as coffee, tea or sugar. Which isn’t exactly a luxury, even in places like a hostel.
10. Finding a small teaspoon is next to impossible.
11. The fridge shakes as if it were cold, making loud noises in the process.
I’ve saved the ‘best’ for last 😎 :
