Excellent staff and location
The bed was a small double so a little too small

Lovely building + bedroom was excellent.
Very pleasant hard working young staff.
Great location adjacent to Virginia Water and near to Windsor.
Slight blip re non/payment for evening meal which meant late night phone calls re that: luckily my phone was on silent by that time so not disturbed!
Maybe a clear procedure to ensure that payment happens at end of meal would be better??

Location next to the park and lake. Easy for visiting students at Royal Holloway University. Decor was nice and outside area at the back.
If people didn’t pull the doors too there on a hinge that pulls them shut which bangs and shakes the hotel. Banging went one all day and even at 2:30am!

Staff helpful and friendly. Breakfast great.
Although a fan was provided, the room was still incredibly hot and I couldn't get the window to open.
