Is close to airport.
The reception staff was completely unreliable and showed no interest in helping. Lack of minimum communication skills and capacity of understanding costumers requests.
Restaurant inside the hotel delivers meals with less qualitative (avoid the ribeye).
In general the staff shows no involvement and the ones from the reception are the best in this sport!

Car parking was good, the design of the building is functional and it is pleasant having a main tenant like Carluccio's but in the longer term this is limiting in terms of choice of cuisine. That said the basis of the hotel is to support sirport travel so many customers will only ever use the hotel once.
Service of staff could be a little better, very limited interaction unless needed, no genuine personality.

Location
Room did not smell fresh! We have stayed many times but room was not fresh, and the longest walk from the elevator.
