Bed sheets wasnt changed.

Great location and close to Heathrow.

It was too busy and too loud and for a BIG hotel there were no quiet spaces. Staff were useless. When I first arrived they assigned me to a room that had guests in it already. The 2nd key card was not activated. The bed wasn’t comfortable, which gave me a restless night. And the icing on the cake was overcharging my stay.

The staff went out of their way to make us comfortable. They upgraded us and let us check in earlier as well. The room was spacious and well equipped, the bed was really comfy. Would definitely come back again.

This hotel is located in Harligton , London, and is very spacious with lots of rooms. It is a top classic hotel and the staff are very friendly.

The rooms are located very far from the elevators and also long distance to get to central London but it's easier when you get bus and the underground.

The staff was amazing. Had just come off of a 12-hour flight and was way too early for us to check in, and the staff at the front desk funded us a room ASAP . We were beyond grateful. I would highly recommend staying here.

Beautiful place and affordable for the location

All is perfect except for the high prices. The room service provided by Anita and the Business Centre is excellent.

Easy to get to on the hoppa bus and right next door to a Mcdonalds.

I knew. It was a 'conference' hotel but was not amused with the hundreds of noisy ppeople attending plus dance youngsters. They shouted in the corridor at midnight so not able to sleep until after that. Honestly i would not stay again but only because of the noise from people attending conferences.

Great location for all Heathrow departures. Speedy check-in a day free upgrade, nice surprise.

Reception staff were very helpful and there was a varied and delicious choice of breakfast items.

The view from my room

Just needed a room for 6 hours. Needed to catch a plane from London, Heathrow to Canada at 6:00AM.

I can not say much as I only showered and slept.

The gym was clean and had good equipment

Staff were very unfriendly - no smiles, no help with heavy bags. Rude, room service was very poor. The rooms can be a long way from he lift, so travelling alone with heavy bags was not easy.

Very easy to find, staff are very welcoming and helpful. The room was beautiful and spacious. Perfect stop off before a long flight. Easy to navigate to the airport and centre of London. Bed extremely comfortable and nicely set out room. Local buses just across the road and close to local shop for any snacks, drinks etc

Lovely large quiet room with nice bathroom. Cotton wool pads & lotions & soap provided in the bathroom. The bed was comfortable. Kind receptionist gave me a free bottle of water because I looked weary! Don’t bother with the hotel shuttle for the airport. Catch a normal bus outside the hotel for £1.75 (instead of £8!).

There were young women hanging about on each of the floors outside the elevators. Felt to me like they were escorts. Staff were nowhere to be found when you needed them

If you in transit flight it’s near the airport

Old bad smell in the room , we have parcel they didn’t know it is arrived because they have another store in the hotel which the employee didn’t mention it until we showed him the evidence that it’s received by one of his colleagues!

Every member of staff was extremely courteous and polite. It means a lot. The concierge especially! so. We throughly enjoyed the dining experience in the Steak and Lobster restaurant. The car park was perfect

Breakfast was a little disappointing. The food was not warm, plates were cold. £28 was excessive for the meal.. We had to cancel our original booking made with Booking.com because of my wife's unexpected illness. Our prepaid booking fee of £151 was forfeited even though I ha taken out insurance to cover this

Better choices in the restaurants

The staff were extremely helpful and I felt valued as a guest. I really appreciate the first class service I received it tops off the lovely hotel and comfy and clean room, the breakfast was fantastic. I will be recommending this hotel to lots of people.
