Peppers Waymouth Hotel

Location is excellent, within walking distance of central market, restaurants, cafes and Rundle mall . Room size was spacious. Beautiful bathroom with marble surround bath. Superb breakfast.

Although we had a room upgrade, unfortunately the room had a very thin partition wall and was very noisy with a group of young guys talking loudly till midnight. Although it's a beautiful hotel, it lacks a lounge area so there is nowhere to sit and relax when the restaurant/bar is closed.

The room was spacious and had everything we needed. As we were celebrating the staff generously gave us a bottle of bubbles and some chocolates to enjoy. We had a room which had a separate tv space from the bedroom. This was fabulous for the early riser to enjoy some reading on the lovely chais lounges. The bathroom had a spa bath which was appreciated after some long walks around town. The rain shower was beautiful as well as the products to use. The bed was comfortable and we appreciated the space. Being on the 7th floor there was not much of a view with the buildings but we could hear very little noise from the street. The buffet breakfast is excellent with good options. We also appreciated being given a late check out.

The staff, they were really lovely as always. We have stayed here many times and they’re always really nice.

I’m not sure what was going on this time, but the pool was freezing cold, and the spa had so much chemicals in it our eyes were burning and hurting. So we couldn’t enjoy that at all. The spa was also missing tiles and I kept scratching my foot on them because the suction kept bringing my foot in. There was also a bandaid on the side line that was there the next day we went to see the pool, so I’m not sure if it gets cleaned. Usually the spa and pool are great, but I’m not sure what happened.
