Amazing location with beautiful properties all around. They offer both apartments and rooms. I had a one bed apartment. It was very nice, large and quiet. The staff is amazing and super responsive.
Small things that are easily dealt with: shower would turn cold after 3-5 minutes and no utensils in kitchen. Was very clean but is you look deeply, there were areas that lacked attention. All areas needing a more thorough cleaning was in bathroom. Examples: dust and cobwebs inside the bathroom mirror light fixtures, dirt and fingerprints on towel holder in bathroom, soap and toothpaste around lip of bathroom sink

Location- excellent- lovely leafy area, close to nice shops and restaurants.
Food- very good breakfast- lots of choice. Staff friendly and efficient. I had one evening meal in the restaurant and food was very good and a generous portion.
The bedroom was spacious ( for a London hotel) and the bed was very comfortable, there was plenty of wardrobe space. I was disappointed there was no vanity mirror on the dressing table so although there was a full length mirror in the entrance to the bedroom there was no power socket near this. It was therefore very difficult to dry and style my hair in this beautiful bedroom.

Breakfast and staff in the restaurant were very good.
I was that the bar and restaurant were most traditional like the hotel itself. But it was very busy and loud.
