Location is excellent. Close to Knightsbridge, shopping and Hyde Park. Onya, front desk supervisor, very friendly and accommodating.

A bit of traffic noise being in basement, standard unit .

The door man was very pleasant and helpful, the cleaners were efficient. Great location too

decor was lacking. a few more pictures, vases or general artwork would really improve the feel.

The place is located near Sloane Square tube station. It took 10 min to walk. Also same distance to Knightsbridge station. Near to Harrods and luxury shops. The property was big and clean. It has a long balcony with nice view to city. Kitchen were full equipped with Kettle fridge etc. We did not cook , but is good for families who prefer to have dinner inside. Very nice shampoo and conditioner for hairs. Opposite the building there is an Italian restaurant.

There were 3 toilets, all of them were a little high. Were not comfortable for me and might be considered for short people(160cm). we also had late flight and there was only toilet downstairs for staff we had to use. Lobby was too small and we couldn’t wait there as cleaning around with vacuum cleaner and cleaning lady was spraying all over next to us and coffee table. Although we were very tired of walking we couldn’t sit there and had to leave. Was feeling weird but in general ok. Also there was a 500 GBP deposit for 2 bedrooms which I did not know when booked.

ubication wasnperfect, the room size are very good and feelingg warm as own homw.

the only issue is very poor kitchen sets for service and cook… but for simple thing was ok. also the issue and i guess coz this thpe of buildings in UK, listen the strps of upper room, and apartment. also from the side..
