We stay here very frequently for sporting events this time the room needed some work bathroom moldy around shower and did not appear cleaned well. Older style furniture in this room needed upgrade and preference for bedside tables each side of bed

All of the staff were amazing, friendly helpful and doing their jobs very well. We arrived early and they allowed us to check in then. Thankyou.

Spa was very small in our room.

The numbers on the buildings were very confusing. No exhaust fan in the bathroom, so you were terrified to set the fire alarm off. WiFi is spotty.

For a resort hotel it had all the basic amenities and the staff member at reception was helpful during check-in and helped me set up the WIFI. It's reasonably close to Robina Town Centre (Large shopping centre), which has some really fantastic restaurants, and other nearby attractions like Surfer's Paradise.

We couldn't park our car in the underground covered parking as the maximum height limit is 2m, but there were no on-premises outdoor parking available, We had to park outside along the road. These days I would have thought WiFi is a standard offering to all guests but you have to go through the process of signing up to the Accord membership to get WiFi, otherwise you only get 30 minute blocks. I really don't need to sign up to another membership that's just going to fill my inbox with unwanted promotional emails, The rooms and furnishings are quite dated, looks like it hasn't been upgraded since the 80's (except for the flat screen TV, which only has the basic TV offerings). The inside of the drawers were dusty and has lint from accumulation of previous guests who may have used the drawers. One of the outdoor chairs on the balcony had an ants nest underneath. I called the service desk, they said they will send someone immediately to sort it out but by the time we checked out (we stayed three night), still no one has come to remove the ants nest. On our last night at the resort after we came back to our room from the day's outings, our room was only half made. The bed sheets and linen were tucked in but the pillows were just strewn on the bed, not properly placed and fluffed. Towels were just placed on top of the toilet seat and not properly folded and placed on the towel racks.
