Reception were extremely helpful on arrival. Checked in and walked with us to the car park to meet our family who were instructed to park in the yellow car park. Alexandra was her name and was excellent. All in all, very helpful.
I phoned prior to arrival to find out exactly where to check in. I was instructed to park at the concierge and come in and check in. We did that and then one of the staff was quite rude to one of my family when she got out of the car to come in and find me to let me know that the cars had been moved to the yellow car park, car park 3. He wouldn’t accept that she was the passenger in the car and that the driver would move the car. My family member end up telling him to get out of her face as he refused to listen to her.

The pools were fantastic. The views were amazing.
The big outdoor pool was nice and warm and with the bar available, it made it a relaxing day with the kids there. Plenty of food and drink options too.
The apartment had everything we needed for the 4 of us so having meals there or just kicking back too relax was made super easy.
I cannot fault this place.

Location
It was very busy only one lift was working which took forever . No help or trolley was offered for our luggage as we were staying in tower 2. And lastly I rang the night before for a wake up call the next morning and I never received the wake up call. Very poor effort from the staff
