Perfect! Definitely staying again.

Perfect location for everyone. Beach, surf club, pubs, shops, and Pacific fair!!!

Maybe the afterhours company wasn't that helpful.

Very enjoyable, staff were great.

Rooms were great. We were on the ground floor, which was a bit disappointing. But over all had everything we needed.

Convenient, but online photos aren’t reality

The location and parking onsite. The washing machine and drier in room plus the full kitchen was a must for us.

The carpet was filthy. No aircon or ceiling fan in main living so spent most time in bedrooms. No screens on windows so couldn’t open without having a million insects find us. Showerheads in both bathrooms were broken, the drier door latch broken. The hot/cold water dispenser broken & the oven was a nightmare to use (thank you google & youtube!). The clothes rack had rusted and stained clothes. Oh and the no smoking - we walked out of the lift and were hit with an overpowering smell. There seemed to be permanent residents so maybe it’s them.

Exceptional

Lovely helpful and friendly staff. Great bed and pillows. Fantastic room with a view and balcony. Close to all Broadbeach shopping and restaurant facilities. I would certainly recommend South Pacific Plaza.

Location is perfect , close to absolutely everything !

Little bit outdated , no light in bedroom other than side lamps - but these are negligible things - overall it’s a wonderful location

Good value for money, great resort facilities and location.

The apartment is in need of an update, but was clean, tidy, and well equipped. The location was fantastic, close to shopping centre, restaurants, the beach and public transport. The proximity to the light rail network enabled us to get around without using our car, and avoiding traffic and parking issues.

The bathrooms are badly in need of a modernisation.

A+ location, fantastic pool

Possibly the best location we have stayed at on the Gold Coast. Pool are was lovely as well

Pillow was a little uncomfortable and the rubbish chute annoyingly small. Otherwise, everything was wonderful

Location was so convenient, close to restaurants cafes & shopping. View was outstanding. Staff at reception "Jan" is so helpful & welcoming.

Location was excellent close to shops, cafes and the beach, spacious apartments, lovely views from the rooms, fully equipped kitchen and laundry, large TV’s in comfortable lounge area.

The apartment did not feel overly clean, floors felt sticky and there was multiple black hairs on floor throughout apartment (no one in my family has black hair). Our room was serviced during our stay but bin liner was not replaced and no spares were given for our 9 night stay

Fabulous staff especially Jan. Very clean. Modern upgraded decor.

Having to buy all cleaning products including cloths. There was only one tee towel and no rubbish bags supplied.
