We loved our little stay in the deluxe 2 bedroom ( ocean view on level 6 ) apartment for Groundwater. So close to all the action. Well stocked kitchen, everything we needed. Comfy beds with fresh clean crisp linen. Beautiful bathrooms. Great laundry with washer and dryer. The hot water and water pressure is next level. Highly recommended.
The weather wasn't suitable to use the pool and spa but through no fault of the resort 😆 they don't control the weather 😁

The location is within close location to everything required for a family holiday and the the two bedroom apartment was perfect for our stay with two granddaughters.

Location was amazing, the park across the road was unreal, the heated pool great, secure parking, really well stocked kitchen
Sauna wasn’t turned on for the week, gym was tiny, bathrooms dated, bbq on balcony not working, single bed in spare room broken loose wooden slats dangerous

Great location and big apartment
Tiles are broken in the main bathroom- feel terrible under foot and could cut someone’s foot
Not a full roll of toilet paper- all half rolls.
Messages online and under the door about cleaning and getting out on time- really unnecessary and felt like they just wanted to get us out and make sure we cleaned up! Not sure what service we are actually getting …
No pool towels or spare towels
Not that clean- feels bare minimum cleans happen between…shower is mouldy and tables are stained with coffee cups…mugs aren’t clean between stays.
