Location
Construction going on nearby, however, this is not the fault of the hotel. It will finish eventually.

The view, and facilities and the location all excellent.
Just the bed and the furniture, the lounge was not very comfortable, a little dated.

Location
Noise. Lots of construction taking place on both sides of the hotel.
Blinds not blockout, waking at 5am with sun beaming in.
