Our unit was clean, beds were comfortable, bathrooms spacious, wonderful view and very handy to Broadbeach mall area.

I enjoyed all of it, especially the Reception staff they went above and beyond. And the hot water in the shower. It was amazing, especially after being in the rain.

Location, size, amenities.
Fridge was dirty, not enough cutlery or dinnerware (2 bedroom unit - had two side plates, two bowls, two teaspoons/forks/tablespoons, body wash etc was completely empty upon check in, ceiling fan was falling down. Marks all over the walls and floor.

The location is great for the purpose of our stay.
The spa was very nice and working properly.
The view from the room was nice - we booked the ocean view room.
The rooms and cushions were not clean.
The cushion covers on the sofa and outside furniture were filthy as if they have not been washed ever.
The rugs in the bedroom were now vacuumed. The blankets in the main bedroom were filthy. It made the sleeping unpleasant.
There was no tissue paper anywhere in the rooms.
