Great location. Walking distance to shops cafes/restaurants and the beach. Very comfortable. Definitely will stay there again
Sound proof windows, would be great during festivals, but overall still a great place to stay.

It is right on the middle of Groundwater Country Music Festival, which is what we were wanting!
Close to shops and the beach—great location!
It’s a bit older than some of the places we’ve stayed, and the bed was very firm (springs sticking out a bit). Cold water tap had to be turned very tight so it didn’t leak, and the water pressure was pretty low in the shower.
But we would still stay there again in a pinch. The staff were really friendly and easy to work with!

Location was great. Pool facilities excellent. Great that there was parking and the staff were super friendly and helpful.
It felt a bit tired and could do with some improvements. Curtains had holes in them. The iron was so dusty - I needed to clean it and the ironing board has seen better days. There were burnt patches in the carpets.
The “second bedroom” was so tiny, you couldn’t fit a suitcase in there - never mind two with two people staying in the room.
