The staff is amazing, always smiling, taking an interest, and goes out of their way to help.
The room is beautiful, the bad is comfortable and stream in the shower is great. The location right in front of the beach is superb. Everything within a walking distance
Thw wifi was pretty shaky, making it hard to work from my room. Also the lack of a barrier between the shower and the toilet, was pretty annoying. But nothing I couldn't manage around.

The simplicity and the functionality of the property was wonderful. The Rome was a very good size and having a tub in the middle of the room was wonderful. Also, the views from the room are spectacular..

Beautiful water view, lots of character.
Location was pretty good, not perfect, being a smidge east of the center of Brighton. Other than that, everything was fabulous.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Good location, walking distance to most places.
The toilet was a tiny wet room, i.e., combined shower, toilet and sink. The sink was tiny (half-sized). The toilet is also in the wet room so if you want to use the toilet after someone has taken a shower, you have to step into the wet floor. Honestly, I couldn't believe that that was the bathroom in a four star hotel. The hotel doesn't have lifts, which is fine but the stairs at the top were very narrow and tall, which made it a difficult climb. My dog had trouble getting up and down.

"Lage und Personal ist super. Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit wunderbarem Blick auf die Pier. Das Zimmer war etwas klein, aber mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Die Cocktails waren genial."
