Leonardo Hotel Bucharest City Center

Not much.

The hotel is located on Calea Victoriei in a residential neighborhood about 20 minutes walk from the old town, and there are no shops or cafes in the area (except for the Grand Cafe opposite the hotel). It is also far from the subway, so you have to call a taxi every time you leave the hotel. The deluxe room we booked was very small with basic furniture, but clean. The service was not particularly kind or attentive. Breakfast was OK. The price is very high for the value, and the hotel does not meet the standards of luxury and indulgement that characterize other Leonardo hotels in the world.

Breakfast was good with variation, but he staf (Gabriel) from breakfast- very impolite, rude.

In the room was very cold. We asked to have heat. From reception we received a small heater. The carpet in the room was spotted. In the fridge was only an opened water bottle. The hotel is not a 4 star hotel.
