Poor maintenance of rooms : AC controller panel was broken in room 305, no way to know what the Air Conditioning was doing. In room 403 no bath ventilation and refrigerator stopped working when coffee maker was also plugged in ( no one seems to know why )

I was pleased how quiet it was considering we were in the middle of a busy city. Clean and comfortable room with everything you need. I looked at several hotels in this price range and most of the reviews weren't great so was really happy with this one. Breakfast was a bonus.

Breakfast was ok, not the best but it was fine as I didnt book it for this. The key card needed many attempts to make it work (also had no arrow to say which way to put it in). Perhaps I had a dodgy one but I was only there one night so didnt bother going to ask reception to change it

The location is central and excellent. The price is relatively cheap compared to other hotels around the same location. I found the complimentary two bottles of water and coffee a nice gesture.

The breakfast was not great only OK. As an example I had to ask extra for a glass of milk which I found surprising. My room card kept on demagnetizing, I had to ask for a repair two times. I could hear the water pipes in the wall. I found hair on my "fresh" towels. The window's isolation was not proper, the sound came in when it was closed.

The hotel is centrally located. Not one of the international big houses, but I prefer such hotels. Room is well equipped, I had a room to the backyard, always an advantage. Air condition could be switched off easily. Bathroom is modern and looks to be right new. Water in the room, coffee, espresso machine. Well equipped room.

Was a bit surprised that the room was not cleaned during my stay, may have overseen this that this is not done when one just stays two nights… Hotel has no special atmosphere, probably due to the fact that personnel in the reception is just doing its job. No special kindness, no smile or welcome which could make you feeling welcome when arriving, one gets the key, the invoice is checked. Breakfast room is okay, also breakfast, a bit disturbing a noisy radio ..Romanian commercials which nobody of many foreign guests may be interested in. Music can be streamed, guys! Taxi can be ordered at the reception desk, but that was a strange experience, when I tried to do this. I heard it would be 75 Lei, then it is offered that you pay at the reception desk. I just had a 100 lei bill. Reception said we do not have change and thought might then be okay…🤔. Then they ordered another taxi which I paid directly, at the end 65 Lei plus a tip. Ask for ordering a “Speed Taxi” ..that works.

Friendly staff, good location

Noises from the other rooms all night (zero insulation of the walls), the smell of sewage from the bathroom, the refrigerator empty and unplugged (if you have medicines that need to be kept cold, don't rely on it being 4 stars, it doesn't deserve 3 either) , from breakfast you have nothing to choose if you want to eat healthy
