We booked two rooms for a family stay, and our experience was great.
The hotel's location is prime, right on the main street and close to everything. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and very quiet. The air conditioning worked perfectly and kept the rooms very pleasant.
A special mention goes to the front desk team, especially Ayesha, who was exceptionally helpful and resolved an issue for us quickly and professionally.
Highly recommended for families and anyone visiting Bucharest.

The hotel is situated in an excellent location. The room was spacious and comfortable. Very clean and everything working, including the AC.
Breakfast was exceptional with many options to choose from. Staff was friendly and supportive.

The hotel’s proximity to the city center and overall the hotel itself looks very beautiful and the view from the room we got was absolutely stunning
The air conditioning didn’t work, and the room was extremely stuffy. There was no way to open a window either. The bathroom flooded and when we told the maintenance staff they simply told us to put down some towels. The third bed was also awful and extremely uncomfortable.
