The location and staff. The location was the only thing 4* about the property. Staff were very nice but unhelpful when I asked for their opinion on restaurant suggestions to celebrate our engagement which had happened a day earlier. They suggested I look online or walk down the front..

Everything else. It was outdated, our picture was falling off the wall, no tea or coffee station which I would expect from a hotel with a 4* rating. Our room was tiny and incredibly uncomfortable, the pillows were like sleeping on wooden planks, the shower wasn’t moveable and I had the worst night sleep here out of the entire 7 day stay compared to 3 other lovely hotels in Slovenia. Parking was insanely expensive and a nightmare. You have to park in a garage miles away from the hotel and wait to be picked up via bus. I was really disappointed, it wasn’t the hotel I’d have liked to be in a day after such an exciting time in our lives.

This is a lovely hotel in a perfect location. Piran is small and everything is a short walk from this hotel, located right on the sea. The staff was exceptionally welcoming and helpful. We appreciated the shuttle ride to the bus stop on the day we left, especially since it was during a pouring rain. The breakfast was plentiful and very good. We were sorry that the rooftop bar was closed when we were there.

We should have booked a longer stay.

Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Terrasse im Erdgeschoss gebucht (Upgrade Angebot nach der Buchung), bekommen haben wir dann ein Zimmer im 4. Stock mit mini Balkon. Auf Rückfrage wurde uns erklärt das die Zimmer im Erdgeschoss nicht verfügbar sind. Am nächsten Morgen dann nochmals nachgefragt (anderes Personal), dann war plötzlich der Umzug in das Zimmer mit Terrasse im EG kein Problem (mit der Info das das ohnehin die gleiche Kategorie sei). Warum haben wir dann für dieses Upgrade bezahlen müssen?? Bei der Abreise haben wir dann erfahren das das Entwerten des Parktickets für die Garage im Hotel viel billiger gewesen wäre. Bis dahin hatten wir aber bereits 100€ an der Parkgarage bezahlt - diese Info wäre bei der Anreise angebracht gewesen!! Aircondition beim Zimmer im 4 Stock liefert bei Einstellung "kalt" nur warme Luft, und beim Zimmer im EG ist keine Aircondition vorhanden. Keine Steckdosen beim Bett vorhanden, nur an der gegenüberliegenden Wand

Très bonne surprise, l'hôtel est en face de la mer adriatique avec plage privée, petit déjeuner avec vue, navette privée pour rejoindre l'hôtel et rooftop hyper sympa, un vrai coin de paradis encore préservé !

Frukosten kunde haft grovt bröd. Saknade morgonrockar för att kunna bada direkt från hotellet (andra hotell verkade ha det). Gym hade varit bra också
