The room was good size. Clean with a view of the gardens.
The porter brought our luggage to and from our room on the 3rd floor as they do not have an elevator.
The location was ideal to walk around with the St Stevens park just across the street.
The breakfast was good.
The placement of electrical outlets for plugging in our chargers. If you used the desk to place your chargers and wanted to use the coffee machine you had to unplug the chargers while the coffee brewed.

Best mattress and pillows of the trip! The property is nicely decorated, unbelievably clean, staff were fantastic and breakfast delicious. And the location is great.
Temps were cool, so it wasn’t an issue for us, but I was wondering how a hot weather stay would be without air conditioning.

Beautiful piece of property with great attention to detail! Our room was small but quite comfortable.
The only SLIGHTLY negative thing I can say about this place is though sufficient, the bed may have been at a point in its life when it could be replaced. Everything else, especially the staff was absolutely stellar! Top notch and immediate attention yo all your needs!
