Hotel is in a good location for both Old and New Towns. Great facilities in the hotel, staff very friendly and helpful. Good bar entertainment and some additional services like a Spar shop on site. Apartments are spacious and comfortable, air con was essential in the hotter weather.
Although the outdoor areas are fantastic, one of our party has a slight mobility issue and could not access the outdoor pool. The ladders are steep and slightly loose, the steps down are also tricky even with the handrail. It was a bit disappointing that the area is not fully accessible, even for those with greater mobillty issues to get in and out of the pool.

Perfect location, right in the middle of old town and new town. Has everything on site - gym, pools, shop, gift shop, beauty studio, tattoo, barbers etc. so much activities throughout the day. Perfect for all ages.
The room was not very clean on arrival, fake eyelashes on the bathroom, toothpaste on mirror, vape in the wardrobe. Abit longer cleaning the rooms is needed.

Rooms are badly in need of refurbishment. Beds in comfy, very old pillows etc
