La nourriture, la vue sur mer et la propreté 1-buffet variée pour le salé mais pour la patisserie trop du sucre très basique.

1- personnel (reception et au buffet) froid non souriant et non acceuillant, franchement ils ne sont pas du tout gentils! Ils font la gueule dans la salle à manger et on dirait qu'ils sont entrain de nous surveiller comme des flics! (Leur comportement changent quand ils voient un touriste européen). (exception les femme de chambre gros bisous à Amal). 2- Manque d'animation et je trouve ça bien dommage pour les parents ou les jeunes qui passent leur temps à la reception. 3-mini frigo ne marche pas. J'attire l'attention au responsable de travailler sur l'acceuil des clients Tunisiens et aussi l'animation.

Awesome welcoming staff. Lots of activities onsite and they were always willing to assist with anything. Food was awesome as well. Rooms had a beautiful view and when they heard that I had a bad experience with my other booking of a residence in hammamet, they even upgraded my room and apologized for what had happened. They were not even at fault but took care of me well.
