Great spot, good buffet breakfast that changed daily

Needs to be upgraded looking very shabby and bath towels were thread bare

Location is great, right on the beach, 3 pools, large clean cool rooms

Loved that there was 3 pools. Staff were always helpful and very friendly. The food was really nice.

Lack of maintenance on the pools. The infinity pool was terrible, many tiles missing from floor of pool, and disappointing that there was not be a swim up bar. Lots of mould on the exterior. Our room smelt of mould. The floor was totally wet on waking up the first morning, and we were told to turn up the temp to 30 (which we did not as we wanted to be cool in Bali) we had to leave the fan on full blast to keep it from getting wet. the whole hotel needed a lot of maintenance. There was also a lack of staff, when ordering drinks or food and bars it took almost an hour at times.

Very clean and HUGE hotel. Pools were nice and got massages at the pool which was very convenient. Good location for beach and shops in Kuta. We only stayed here one night to be closer to the airport for departure the next day.

We only stayed one night and plan to visit Bali again but probably wouldn't stay here. This hotel is huge and is a maze. I was so confused about where to go to get to the pools and the rooms. While this was the "fanciest" hotel we stayed at during our time in Bali, it was our least favorite. If you're looking for a huge resort vibe, this is it. We just preferred the smaller hotel experiences we had with other places we stayed.

Totally recommend, amazing place, amazing location, amazing staff.

The hotel has a good position, close to shops and restaurants, the breakfast is good and varied

The hotel is outdated and needs renovation, especially in the bathroom area. And the cleanliness of the bathroom is not enough. Access to the beach is made difficult by all kinds of traders who should not be allowed to stay there.

Love the location, pools were clean, the hotel has become very rundown and needs a make over. Staff are lovely, breakfast is great, and we were treated so nicely by Tulia, she went above and beyond, and is a credit to the hotel. We will be back to.our favourite hotel in Bali.

I was disappointed to see how run down the hotel is, but, it is expected with lack of tourists.

The cleaning staff were really nice people

The motel charged us extra and wouldn't change our dates due to flight changes so we had to pay for 2 nights that we didn't use, than they charged us extra on top for one night and late checkout. Construction is next to the motel, the workers work from 7am until 11pm. The motel has functions and the music is extremly loud, the breakfast changed to mainly eggs and desserts. The Spa is not open and neither is the roof top bar, I've been going to bali for over 15 years and i won't be staying again here.
