The room was basic but clean. The bathroom could have some work done to it & needs some sort of cupboard space or somewhere to hang your clothes when in the shower. The staff were friendly & helpful. The breakfast menu & the staff in the restaurant were excellent. Great location !

Like a lot of Bali properties Dekuta is beginning to see signs of lack of maintenance which is a shame as it is a fairly new hotel. We had constant problems with the room safe, it took three days before we finally got it sorted. They super chlorinated the pool so for one day the pool was full of dead algae, yuck. I would suggest bringing a WiFi extender if you want to use the internet in your room as the connection can be poor, had no problems on balcony or common areas. The breakfast package served in the adjoining restaurant is good value offering both European and Indonesian options. Location is great close to the beach, plenty of shopping both local as well as worldwide options available close by. Very quiet, beds comfortable. Overall a great stay.

Electronic lock had problems, really annoying and inconvenient. Maintenance of the room is superficially acceptable.

Sign of a renovation needed in rooms. WiFi and cable tv is really weak but location staff and food is good

Great Staff helpful and friendly. Rooms need renovation however. Included breakfast last year was great, this year it was way simpler, so we ended up ordering from the a la carte menu at full price, very disappointing.

All the staff in this hotel is very kind, nice and friendly. Also, the breakfast was a quite tidy and really delicious. Would like to recommend to stay when you visit Kuta area in Bali in the future. Thank you.

Motel is nice, in convenient location of Poppies 11. Staff are great. Breakfast is fantastic with limited choice off menu. Will definitely stay again

For the location and proximity to the beach, shopping restaurants and bars, the price was excellent. Breakfast was limited choice, but great quality food. Pool looked good, but I didn't use it. Staff chirpy enough and rang for motorbike taxi and arranged transport to Ubud for me at a good (fair) price. Room needs more lighting, particularly the bathroom, not enough light to put your face on (which in my case is probably a good thing, wrinkles you know!!)

Good choice for budget travelers that plan to spend majority of their time outside of the hotel. It's a simple and clean hotel that is centrally located right behind the Beachwalk shopping mall. The staff were friendly and the spa was top notch. Breakfast starts at 7, so if you are taking day tours that start early, may want to skip the breakfast option.

I liked that when our air conditioner wasn’t satisfying meaning wasn’t cool enough staff worked quickly to accommodate us in a better room, which was an upgrade.

Stayed here for two nights after staying at another hotel in the area three nights previously. So much nicer for still a fairly cheap price. We chose to stay because we loved Nebula Restaurant so much. When staying at the hotel you get 15% off at Nebula, if you spend a certain amount on certain items, be careful, but still very good prices. The hotel room was clean and spacious. Laundry service was good. Offered as a wake up call when we were leaving early, nice but not needed. Lovely pool and beds to sit by it. Good hotel overall.

Love that the hotel is so near to Kuta beach and all the Happening area. Breakfast at the hotel can be upgrade. Staff are superb. Love this hotel.

Well negatives are wifi is not great and my room overlooked the parking lot at the front (not quite a city view!) and felt like a prison with the wooden beams covering the entire balcony. Thats all the negatives...Staff are so lovely, room spacious and modern, very comfortable large bed, nice bathroom, pool is great, site still feels clean and tidy and the breakfast was amazing. I would definitely stay here again and I would recommend it for sure!!

The hotel staff is very nice. But the hotel room is full of mosquitoes. I got 2 bites in firsr few minutes. The room is so dusty. It looked like it hasn't been cleaned.

All facilities are of 3-4 star standard, its hard to point any issues in this little gem of a place so ideally located on poppies 2, a stones throw to the beach and centrally located away from the noise and close to shopping. A boutique venue with a great restaurant, awesome pool, well appointed rooms. You will rarely find an issue here and its price is well worth it!

I loved my stay at this hotel. I have wanted too stay here for some time now. The adjoining restaurant The Nebula room is AMAZING. The roof top bar is divine. The hotel itself is new, nice size with all the modern comforts you could want. I have already booked too stay here again when I return next month 😊

Tucked away close to the beach, poppies lane 2 and ideal distance from beachwalk shopping, this is a little gem of a hotel but now in serious need of a refresh and management shake up. Needs a fresh coat of paint The pool fountain hasnt worked in 2 years The pool decking needs varnishing or renewing The pool furniture expired We paid for a suite but got a standard room...until i reminded them.... The aircon in both suites 108 and 109 needs replacing...its air recycle...not AC. Towel rails and basins hanging off the walls We paid for bfast included and in the restaurant theres a separate menu for included...limited choices on it. Too many staff walking around doing not much and need supervision. The nebula bar used to be alive...paint the terrible wall the sheraton put up facing you. Buy a HD projector...play balinese surfing movies on it...create an atmosphere and attract people at minimum cost. FATchow restarant next door is packed lunch and dinner! Such a shame as just minimum cost would spruce this place back to life....for 100$ more for the week...i could have stayed at the sheraton..hardrock...kuta seaview...all in better condition....and will. But this is my third dekuta stay trying to give it a chance.

Check in and they demand I pay the rooms upfront was so tired just come from gili Island just wanted to shower and Change then pay so I felt customer service was not the best. Rooms were ok but not as good as ground floor rooms as my parents stay there before.. I don't think I would stay on my next visit.

The location is at the heart of Kuta, next to beachwalk mall and short distance to kuta beach. Dekuta is rated 3.5 stars hotel, but I feel it is only 2.5 stars hotel. The room is not as good as displayed over internet, it's worn out not well maintained especially the bathroom, note this hotel is only 5 years old. The lighting in the room is dim. I booked for superior room with pool view, but I could not see pool at all, even after the trip my sis asked me where was the pool. We booked for 2 nights, but we only stayed for 1 night and let go the $ for the 2nd night and went to another hotel nearby instead.
