False or misleading advertising. When booking in brisbane, I always book rooms based on inclusion of carparking. This property was advertised as carparking but no mention of extra cost associated with this. Also, the photos used only showed a double or queen bed. I was given 2 single beds. Completely inadequate for a 6 ft 4 man. I had an important speaking engagement the next day and due to the inept bed arrangement had a poor nights sleep. I feel like I was hoodwinked by the advertisement.

The location. Bed was comfortable. Apartment was spacious.

Apartment decor, carpet and walls were very tired. Although the apartment was clean, the carpet and walls showed real signs of wear and tear.
