Ziemlich überteuert, nicht sauber, Küche nicht komplett ausgestattet, Spa kaputt, Blick auf und Sound von Klimaanlage direkt gegenüber dem Balkon, Sperrmüll vor der Tür gibt Gefühl von ramschiger Unterkunft

It was quiet and comfy bed clean room

*Had trouble all night trying to get Netflix that was supposed to be free could NOT connect .i even called the Technical support! *When I arrived it was extremely frustrating - as I had trouble with parking . There were no park spots spent 30mins looking for a spot! I parked over the bridge and walked back over the bridge to sign into Reception! *I needed to sign into Reception . Ended up going around and around and then ended up on a bridge 1 klm and parked there- then walked back over bridge to sign in & then they insisted I pay an extra $200 with credit card !! I didn’t have that !! Very embarrassing and will not go back . *2 Seats in Reception foyer had dirty food marks and looked like never cleaned ! I hesitated to sit in

dirty, uncomfy, way overpriced, dishonest staff

Nice clean apartment, good size. Nice modern kitchen. Conveniences nearby and short walk to South Bank. The balcony chairs were new too as they still had the sale tags hanging on them.

Very close to the railway track and major traffic roads so quite noisy. Very small bathroom. The common rooftop terrace was neglected too with weathered furnature, torn cushions, both spas out of order etc.

this time they give me 2 bedrooms instead of one, very clean all throughout after my last review probably... have a recording of great singing on my phone ;)

one extra room had a horrible smell of cat piss, even though it was spotlessly clean, then I realised why I had this upgrade. I just locked it with windows open and it didn't bother me for the rest of my stay.

In Brisbane for a charity riding event, five friends stayed across two apartments in this perfectly-located building. The apartments were spacious, had all we needed and the rooftop space was lovely for an after-ride champagne. Right on top of South Bank restaurants, walking paths and various cultural opportunities, it was perfect for us.

Despite booking two rooms together. we were placed across different floors and security meant we could not visit each other. This was problematic a few times. The building is probably showing some wear and tear.

The location of the apartment was great for all the activites we wanted to do. It was big enough with good facilities, which met my expectations.

Parking was very hard, spaces did not cater for large family cars. Reading previous reviews I will agree that the couch (seating areas) needed replacing.
