This is a beautiful property and our room overlooked the lovely Lake Rotorua and Mokoia Island. The room was well appointed and clean. There is also a thermal swimming pool and individual hot pools. Breakfast was excellent but most of all was the welcoming reception staff.

The hotel is well located to many tourist venues and not far from the Intercity Bus Stop. The rooms are clean, with comfortable beds and facilities. The views of the lake are wonderful. The staff are polite and helpful. The restaurants provide well balanced food and plenty of options. The swimming pool and gym are well organised. I enjoyed my stay very much and I will return.
I did not find any negative things to add here.

Great location
Got screwed on the parking. $15/day to park on the outside of building when street parking was free. Same security

The room was nice and clean.
I had to wait over 2 hours from check in time for a room as when I went to check in, the room wasn't ready. They said they woukd get back to me in 20mins and I ended up waiting another hour. I was trying to be flexible as I could see by the massive queues there were challenges.
