easy access; right in the town; quiet and comfortable
host closed the office early and did not respond to the buzzer outside his office; another car was parked right in front of our room

Staff were very professional and friendly. The unit was clean and the facilities were great, especially the sky tv etc. Walking distance to lake front and city was awesome, while the bakery across the road had a large assortment of freshly baked items as well. I also enjoyed morning walks around the geothermal (Kuirau park) nearby.
I seriously had problems trying to find anything negative with my stay at Bella Vista. Great place to stay!

Very clean, comfortable bed/beddings, close to the central area, accomodating staff and we were allowed to extend and checkout later.

Location was good. Host was nice and friendly.
Room could have been bigger. There is no sink in the kitchenette. Did not like washing dishes in the bathroom.
