Great location. Good facilities and amenities.

The centralized aircon was not working for one of the bedrooms (and no air con unit in the room), and it gets stuffy in the afternoon/early evening. Luckily it's cool at night and can go to sleep, but still no air flow in the room.

We always stay at the Adina great location and suits our needs for our trips

A bit run down and looks tired and need a paint and update

The location is amazing and the apartment was a great size. Really good to have all appliances especially washing machine and dryer

Parking was very difficult and we were not originally set up so were stuck in the parking building with payment being requested although we had already paid. We have a disability parking permit for our daughter and when enquiring as to where we could park we were asked to explain her disability which was very uncomfortable for our daughter and when supplying her Mobility Parking Permit which is NZ issued and with valid date we should not have to disclose her medical information or details of her disability the conversation tone felt accusatory and rude. We had a 2 bed apartment with a roll out bed in the living space for one of our children which was very comfortable but one of the bed legs would not stay screwed in, after unsuccessfully trying to get it to stay up we called to ask for help and a new bed was exchanged for the broken one which was great but we had the same attendant as with the parking and she was clearly still not happy with us and didn't even speak to us when exchanging the bed just did so in silence. The only other problem was that the bathroom has an open shower which sprays water all over the floor and was hard to keep the rest of the bathroom particularly the sink to wash hands and teeth dry for when using the rest of the bathroom. We hung our sign on the door twice to request extra towels but both times this was left out all day without anyone coming by and we had to call to ask for towels.
