食事は、とても良かったです。私の一番のお気に入りは、施設で特にプールです。プールの利用時間もとても利用しやすく、飛行機から降りた後の運動不足を解消するのにとても有り難かったです。館内の装飾（お雛様など）季節感あふれて、綺麗で（部屋のシンク以外）とても良かったです。職員の方も丁寧で、また、来ます。

細かい事ですが、洗面所のシンクのところに（食べかす？！）小さなゴミがこびりついていたので、歯ブラシでこすり落としました。ヒルトンさんであるからこそ、ちょっとがっかりしました。このホテルは、プールなどで健康に意識の高い人に対応していると思うので、玄米とかほうじ茶ラッテなどのオプションが加わったら、もっと、良いのじゃないかなって思いました。

Great location close to the airport. Perfect place to stay before a long haul flight. Spacious room for a family of three and comfortable beds.

In need of updating, looks and feels a little tired compared with other hotels of a similar price.

The hotel is well located close to the Narita airport and ideal if you plan to have a stay near the airport for logistics reasons. Our room was also surprisingly calm - the windows didn't let through any noises from outside and the floor carpets also did a great job. I was positively surprised by how new, modern and clean the overall hotel looked. Pictures of the building exterior and the close distance to the airport lowered my expectations. The shuttle to the airport is also very convenient.

If coming/leaving with your own car the surrounding streets and routes are very confusing - this is has nothing to do with the hotel but it is a watchout for other people arriving with their own car.

The restaurant in the lobby has a good signature dish, seafood fried rice. Recommended.

The rooms are not to the expectations of a 5 star hotel. It is extremely dated, old carpets, old bath, using shower curtains which I never see in all the 5 start hotels i've stayed at. Everything is old in this hotel and has not been upkept. The first room i booked had an incredibly horrible curry smell, which i complained and was upgraded to the premium rooms, which was by far outdated and looked like it has not been upgraded since the 90's. I expected more for $300 a night, this hotel in my opinion, if ignoring a decent lobby, a decent restaurant, the rooms are of a 3 star standard.

Airport shuttle service is wonderful. The room is clean. The staffs are very polite & patient to asked my questions.

The breakfast and dinner doesn’t look good. Also, the pillows are not comfortable. So, I couldn’t sleep. One more things to make me unhappy and confused. because the staff asked to pay for my stay, I thought that Book.com has been charged a my credit card. However, the staff said they won’t get pay and don’t have connection with Book.com. Hotel Narita insisted me need to pay. So, I paid $17,522 JPY. Could you please check if it’s an error. Nice large rooms. Hotel staff spoke English. Although only 1 restaurant is open, the food was very good. Excellent shuttle bus service to airport/train station and shopping mall.

Bedside tables need electrical outlets or power bars.

The parking is extra charge, the pool is extra charge. the room looks really old design and the bathroom is far from amazing.

Perfect location for a connecting flight the next day. Junior Suite was very well equipped. Staff were very helpful during our stay.

Decor slightly dated but nothing major.

As we were in Japan we were expecting a small room. However, our room was much larger than expected, spacious, nicely appointed and quite modern. Nice updated bathroom. The shuttle worked perfectly for our needs. We couldn't make a transfer flight and needed to stay near the airport for a next day flight and this airport hotel was perfect. The shuttle worked perfectly for our needs back and forth to the airport. The shuttle runs regularly and they seem to stick to the schedule. The reception staff were friendly, professional and very helpful.

We ate in the restaurant twice and found the service to be exceptionally slow. However the quality of the food for dinner was excellent. The breakfast buffet was included and although they tried to create a balance of asian food and western options it didn't quite meet the mark. We found the western options very limited and unappealing.

Overall its a comfortable atmosphere and the room was great for the value considering that we stayed for 1 night after arriving from a long flight. All amenities provided, smart TV, charging ports, etc. Staff was very welcoming and accommodating to our 3 years old child which made us very happy. breakfast buffet was excellent with good variety of dishes. They also provided cute kids plates and cutlery. location is 15min from Narita airport with free shuttle bus that cycles every hour. The stop is clear with a schedule and you can’t miss it.

Distance to the Airport is quite good, with prompt Shuttle Services to and from the Airport as well as to the nearest AEON Mall, Facilities were quite complete, and the hospitality team was friendly.

Convenience Store was almost closed by the time we got there while we did need some necessities that the hotel did not provide in the room. Wished the store was 24/7.
