The property had convenient shuttles to and from airport, as well as to the local mall and Narita Station. The morning buffet was excellent with a wide variety of dishes with a coffee machine for latte’s. Staff was very helpful throughout the stay.
The bed is too firm for my taste. If you like a softer bed, ask for extra comforter and use one to sleep on. Everything else in the hotel was excellent and I would stay again.

The shuttle service was prompt frequent and very convenient. The Drivers professional and timely. The Convenience store in foyer was very handy. Apart from the obvious reasons it was also a good way for departing foreigners getting rid of any remaining currency or suica card balances.
The coffee and food served at the restaurant were below par. However the service staff were efficient and polite. The surroundings very nice.

Close to Narita Airport with the free shuttle. The outside garden walking path and the 24hr Family Mart in the hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The shower has great water pressure and the bed was comfortable but needs better pillows.
The room was cold, damp and smelled bad and the hallways are very dark. I requested another room and the staff happily found us another room. It was definitely better than the first one but still cold and damp. You have no control over the temperature in the room even though there is a thermostat. So I requested a heater which they gave us.
