We loved it's proximity to the pedestrian mall. The staff were very accommodating ans friendly. The reception area is lovely. We also loved that it has an outdoor pool.

The rooms are a little bit tired looking, but the hotel is in the process of renovating all rooms. So I look forward to our next stay. 😊

Loved the service from start to finish and their signature scent was a lovely touch

That my 5 year old daughter was able to access the minibar items in the fridge when I wasn’t looking and ate the chocolates 🤣🤣 but the amazing guest service agent at reception removed the cost from our bill 😍😍

Location was perfect, in the heart of Queen St Mall and accessible to everything. Definitely come here to stay if you want location but don't expect too much.

The rooms were very outdated with a stuffy bad smell. The bedside table was broken and there were rips in chair seats etc. Very old, very run down. I've stayed at 3-4 star hotels that's better condition. Definitely not Intercontinental standards. Understand that they are planning a major renovation but still not acceptable to have broken glass side tables, especially for a family with a toddler. The service of the staff is also only passable at best. The staff at check in was not warm or friendly. He couldn't find my booking because there was a problem with the name on system and he seemed annoyed the entire time. Our room also wasn't cleaned when we came back to the hotel, and when questioned, the staff that was cleaning our level said our room wasn't on his roster. He ended up cleaning it up in the end which we are grateful for as we needed to nap our toddler.
