Friendly Staff, Good bar, breakfast was good, liked the TV telling me the time of the trains to Waterloo (reminded me of the TV in Austria showing you what the top of the local mountain looked like, when I stayed in Austria) the more information you can give on that TV at breakfast time about the times of buses ,trains, or anything, even opening times of local events or venues the better. Most places should do this wherever they are.
No treadmill in the wellness centre although was told there would be one. Didn't matter as I was able to run outside in the good weather anyway. I had a hamstring injury which meant running on a treadmill would've perhaps helped, but in the end I did not need one, as my hamstring seemed to have improved.

Great staff at reception
Wait at bar having rung the bell 3 times for service.
Parking is tight and I had to wait to have other cars moved before I could leave in the morning, although not staff’s fault as other customer hadn’t left car key at reception
