Dinner and breakfast was excellent and tasty. Friendly staff. Comfortable bed. Plenty of things to do, entertainment for kids, pool table etc
Bathroom very small and cramped. Window stiff to open and close. Noise from passing traffic on the main road

The Spice ship is situated a short drive from the beach. Local buses nearby.
There is a good car park.
The staff are friendly and welcoming

The bed was very comfortable
Everything we needed. Little kitchenette, ensuite, coffee table and small sofa.
Breakfast was included. This was good.
There was no parking available when we arrived, so had to find parking locally.
As an overnight stop I was concerned leaving all belongings on show in the car.
There was a slight smell of dog in the room. I got nose blind to it after a while.
The window is right by a busy main road but it wasn’t too noisy once the window closed. We put the fan on to cool the room down and it also helped to have some white noise.

Breakfast was not very good bacon poor quality as was the rest of it . The egg was ok but the coffee was only lukewarm. The whole place was a bit tatty .The bed was comfy and clean .
